HELP FOR CLUBBUCKS CARD PRINTING

After reading and printing out these instructions, you will need to go back to the ClubBucks' Cards Order Page and click on the "PRINT CARDS" link. You have chosen the option to "Print Cards To Distribute". By choosing this option, you are able to print out ten cards to distribute to prospective Members.

As these cards are linked to your ID number, you will become the sponsor of the new cardholders. Do not use any cards for yourself. Rather, distribute all of these cards. ClubBucks Cards cannot be re-linked or re-programmed for another ID Number or for another Member to give out.

You are the sponsor of ALL the recipients of these ClubBucks Cards.

After you return to the "ClubBucks' Cards order Page" and click on the "PRINT CARDS" button, you will see:

You will see: 10 ClubBucks Cards for you to distribute.

Printing Set Up

On your browser's Page Setup ( On most browsers click File > Page Setup).
- Turn off shrink-to-fit if your browser has that option.
- Turn off/blank all headers and footers.
- Reduce margins to their minimum - as close to zero as possible.

We have a TEST PRINT PAGE for you to practice on.

Money saving Tip: (Use plain white paper and black ink for testing)

Line up the top-left card: *This is a most important first step in getting all the rest of the cards on the page

to align properly.

1. Use the browser's 'Print Preview' (File - Print Preview) if available, to view and approximate the location of the top-left card.

2. If close to center of the top-left section or no 'Print Preview', print a test page - use your printer's "draft" mode (if available) to speed this testing.

3. For Avery Card stock Users: If the top-left card is not centered in the top-left section of your card stock template, return to the print page and click 'Control Panel' to use controls to adjust your settings to center the card in the top left section. Otherwise, continue with
'Line Up the Rest of the Cards' below.

4. At the Print Control Panel, adjust the 'Top' and 'Left' margins accordingly to move the top-left card into the center of the top-left section, then return to Step 1 above.

NOTE for Adjustments: 9 points (pixels) in the print 'Control Panel' window equals approximately 1/8 inch.

Line Up the Rest of the Cards:

1. Use the browser's 'Print Preview' if available to view and approximate the location of the rest of the cards.

2. If close to center or no 'Print Preview', print another test page - use your printer's "draft" mode (if available) to speed this testing.

3. If the other cards are not in the center of their individual sections of your Avery template, Return to the print 'Control Panel' window.

4. Adjust the 'Center' and 'Cell Spacing' margins accordingly to move the other cards into the center of their individual sections, then return to Step 1 above.

Once you have your setting set for the back of the card, you will not need to reset them to print the front of the card as " cookies " will be used to retain your settings each time you access the ClubBucks Print Cards Page. If you have disabled (shut off) your cookies, you should write down the number of each setting, as you will need to re-enter the settings each time you print ClubBucks Cards.

Once you have a Test copy that you are satisfied with, CLICK HERE to go back to the ClubBucks' Card Order Page . Make sure you reload your printer with card stock or with heavy paper, and change to color print cartridge.

Once you have printed the back of the card, you will need to print the front of the card. You will need to reverse the paper, place the paper back in the printer and print on the other side. Of course, if your printer works differently, reload paper to print the back side.
