After reading and printing out these instructions, you will need to go back to the ClubBucks' Cards Order Page and click on the "PRINT CARDS" link. You have chosen the option to print your own card and some additional cards to hand out. By choosing this option, you are able to print: 1. Your own ClubBucks Card and up to 4 ClubBucks cards to give to family members. These cards are linked to your card and the purchases made with them will be shown at your report, but they will NOT create new memberships. 2. Additional cards to hand out to create new memberships. Based on the number of cards you select to give to family members, the form will automatically fill in with cards for you to distribute to create new memberships. It is of the utmost importance that you retain those cards that are designated as "YOUR CLUBBUCKS CARD ". These cards cannot be re-linked or re-programmed for another ID Number or another Member. These cards will belong to you and you alone and all purchases made with these cards will credit your account only.
Once you have made your choice of number of family cards, your ClubBucks Cards will be displayed for printing.
