Affiliate Program
Becoming a ClubBucks
Rewards Merchant Affiliate is easy and during this launch phase
of the program, we are waiving any initial fees to particpate. As
a Merchant Affiliate, your business will be shown in our online
Merchant Affiliate Directory, providing exposure for your business
to prospective Members. (Our clubshop.com website has been listed
as one of the top 150 most visited/linked websites in the world).
Upon becoming
an approved ClubBucks Merchant Affiliate, your directory listing
can be linked to your company's website and you will be able to
use the ClubBucks logo in advertising, window stickers and store
displays to attract additional business.
NEW AND MORE BUSINESS IN EXCHANGE FOR A DISCOUNT
As an approved
ClubBucks Merchant Affiliate, you agree to pay the DHS Club a
marketing fee on any purchases made by a ClubBucks cardholder.
The majority of this fee is returned to the cardholder as Reward
Points, with the minority of the fee retained by the DHS Club
to pay for marketing expenses (see Referral Fee and Pay Points
in the table below); and for Sales Incentives along with Administration
and Management of the program (this is referred to in the table
below as SIAM).

Special Exception Merchants fall into two categories
First,
are those businesses that may offer larger ticket items
and operate on smaller profit margins (car dealers, boat
dealers, etc.) and would like to negotiate a smaller discount
percentage or a flat rate.
Second, are those businesses, which by law, are unable to
pay a referral fee or commission (real estate broker, medical,
etc.). In this instance, the applicable percentages would
be included in the rebate and possibly in the SIAM.

a business that you feel meets a special exception, indicate this
on your Merchant Affiliate application.

the discount you provide, the greater the marketing capability
and the greater the chance that local members will want to do
business with you.

YOUR OWN CLUBBUCKS MERCHANT WEBSITE
As an approved
Merchant Affiliate, you will have your own password protected
website that will provide you with the following benefits:

form to manually enter transactions and cardholder information.
- Transaction
Report for you to track each month's transactions.
- Summary
report auto-charge activation for automatic processing of discount
fees owed.
- Free printable
forms and cards section
- Sales
aids and tools order form
