BECOME A MERCHANT AFFILIATE

We are inviting offline businesses to register to become a ClubBucks Rewards Merchant Affiliate. Your business will be shown in our online Merchant Affiliate Directory, providing contact information to our DHS Club Members and exposure for your business to prospective Members (Our clubshop.com website has been listed as one of the top 150 most visited websites in the world).

The ClubBucks Rewards Program has been released worldwide. Participation is free, unless you choose to purchase marketing materials to be used in conjunction with your acceptance of and/or distribution of ClubBucks Rewards cards.

Merchant Benefits
By becoming a ClubBucks Rewards Merchant Affiliate, you will be able to increase business without advanced advertising costs by:

· Immediately gaining existing DHS Club Members as new customers,clients and shoppers
· Gaining additional new customers,clients and shoppers as a result of the DHS Club gaining new Members
· Increasing the average sale per customer, due to the customer's willingness to spend more, as they know that they are getting rebate credit on their purchase orders
· Developing customer loyalty by accepting the ClubBucks Rewards card, resulting in repeat business and referrals

Additional Optional Benefits
As a Merchant Affiliate you are also enrolled in the DHS Club as an Associate Member in your personal name and you can earn ClubBucks rebates by using your own ClubBucks card with participating online Merchants and offline Merchants. Additionally, you can give away ClubBucks cards to refer your customers and others as Members. They can use their ClubBucks Rewards card at your business (which builds customer loyalty), with other participating Merchant Affiliates offline and at our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall.

As the referring Member (sponsor), you are entitled to receive ClubBucks Rewards Referral Fees on your Members' purchases. Your ClubBucks Rewards balance will be shown online at your personal Membership Report and you may receive your ClubBucks as cash back or use them as a credit. In the future, we plan to enable you to invest your ClubBucks into a retirement fund or set them aside to help pay for your children's or grandchildren's college education.
You may even be able to create a new source of income. As your Members refer other Members, and the referral process continues, you may be able to earn a self-sustaining income from a large network of Members.

NEW AND MORE BUSINESS IN EXCHANGE FOR A DISCOUNT
As a ClubBucks Rewards Merchant Affiliate, you agree to provide the DHS Club a discount on any purchases made by a ClubBucks Rewards cardholder. The majority of this discount is returned to the cardholder as a rebate, with the minority of the discount retained by the DHS Club to pay for marketing expenses in the form of Referral Fees, Pay Points (for Network Income calculations) and for us to maintain the ClubBucks Rewards program and the DHS Club.

First, are those businesses that may offer larger ticket items and operate on smaller profit margins (car dealers, boat dealers, etc.).

Second, are those businesses, which by law are unable to pay a referral fee or commission (real estate broker, medical, etc.).

DISCOUNT – This is the percentage that you agree to give us for each purchase used by a ClubBucks card.
REBATE – This percentage is taken from the discount that you give us, which we give back to the purchaser as a rebate in the form of Reward Points
REFERRRAL FEE – This percentage is taken from the discount that you give us, which we give back to the Member who referred the purchaser.
MERCHANT PAY POINTS – This percentage is taken from the discount that the merchant gives us, which gets credited for Network Income compensation calculations for the merchant, the merchant sponsor and the upline of sponsors above the merchant sponsor.
CLUBBUCKS CARD PAY POINTS – This percentage is taken from the discount that the merchant gives us, which gets credited for Network Income compensation calculations for the purchaser, the Member who referred the purchaser and the upline of sponsors above the Member who referred the purchaser.
DHS CLUB – This percentage is taken from the discount that the merchant gives us and is kept by the DHS Club to maintain the ClubBucks program and the DHS Club.

As an approved Merchant Affiliate, you will have your own password protected website that will provide you with the following benefits:

· Interface form to manually enter transactions and cardholder information.
· Transaction Report for you to track each month's transactions.
· Summary report auto-charge activation for automatic processing of discount fees owed.
· Free printable forms and cards section
· Sales aids and tools order form
· Marketing tips and more!

The higher the discount you provide, the greater the marketing capability and the greater the chance that local members will want to do business with you.
