Corporations – Publicly Held – Stock that is traded. Are allowed to accept the ClubBucks Rewards Card. They can also promote the ClubBucks Rewards Program, but they are not allowed to issue or distribute ClubBucks Rewards Cards.
Privately Held Corporations

Are allowed to accept the ClubBucks Rewards Card, they can also promote the
ClubBucks Rewards Program and distribute ClubBucks Reward Cards. Top-level management
must sign the application as the Membership will be in the Company name and
any compensation will be sent payable to the corporation.
Multiple Locations: Are allowed.
