VIP Members may, at their own expense, print ClubBucks Rewards cards
in their native language provided the following process is utilized.
Permission for the printing of ClubBucks Rewards Cards in their
native language must be secured prior to the order being placed
with the local vendor. If the DHS Club does not grant permission
the project may not go forward.
The following information must be submitted to the DHS Club Headquarters
for the project to be considered:
1.
The name and ID number of the VIP Member(s) who will be coordinating
the project.
2. The names and ID numbers of any other Members who will share
expenses.
3. The quantity of cards to be created.
4. The language in which the cards will be printed.
5. The type of card to be created (paper or plastic).
6. The name of the company that will be doing the printing and a
copy of the VIP Members contract with them.
7. The per card cost to be charged to other DHS Club members.
8. A sample proof for review by the DHS Club prior to final approval.
The
information in 1 through 7 above may be submitted by clicking here
VIP(s)
seeking approval must agree to share costs equally.
Cards may only be re-sold on a cost recovery basis, that is, they
may only be sold at or slightly above the cost of production. Mark
up is limited.
The
DHS Club must approve the methods used for distribution and assignment
of the cards. This will include the lot size or number of cards
physically transferred per transaction. This is to ensure compatibility
with the existing card management system at the DHS Club Headquarters.
The
DHS Club will provide a range of numbers to be assigned to the printed
cards and all bar codes must be printed in Code 39 or 3 of 9 format.
Co-branding
or the placement of any logo or other identifier of another business,
organization or individual in the cards is strictly prohibited unless
approved by the DHS Club: http://www.clubshop.com/cobrand/cobrand_terms.html
The
VIP(s) responsible for the project will be required to provide the
DHS Club with the name, Member ID and the range of numbers physically
transferred to that Member. This information will be entered into
the DHS Clubs card management system so that the cards may be further
assigned or activated. Specifics regarding transfer of this information
will be provided at time of approval.
It
is important to note that Members who agree to commercially print
cards in their native language do so at their own risk and expense.
There is no guarantee regarding any results from the sales, purchase,
and distribution of these cards or for the ability of any VIP to
recoup their costs. |
